1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Services Description
We provide graphic design services including but not limited to logo design, branding, social media content, print materials, and web design.
3. Pricing and Payment
Project pricing is quoted on a per-project basis. A 50% deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.
4. Revisions
The number of revisions included is specified in each project package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final approved design files. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation
Projects cancelled by the client after work has commenced are subject to a cancellation fee based on the work completed up to that point. Deposits are non-refundable.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project details with strict confidentiality and will not disclose any information to third parties without consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
